Three years later, we’re back. It’s been just over a month since we returned to Honduras to continue filming, this time with a third crew member (our daughter Matilda, who at nearly two years old is already fascinated with the cameras and all related equipment.)
The world has changed radically these past years, and Honduras is no exception. Xiomara Castro was elected as the first female president of this country, and just today, Juan Orlando Hernandez surrendered to police to face potential extradition to the US on narcotrafficking charges.
We’re thrilled to be back among friends, working together to celebrate the inspiring lives of those people (especially women) who are lifting up their communities with courage and optimism.
